RESUMEN:
Una de las empresas más importantes en la producción de vehículos en México esChrysler, cuya demanda de productos ha incrementado en los últimos años, gracias a la eficiencia y estándares de calidad que maneja la planta y así mismo satisfacer las necesidades y gustos de los clientes.
La empresa Chryslercuenta con diferentes complejos dentro de la República Mexicana, uno de ellos es el Complejo Toluca, que cuenta con dos plantas; la de Ensamble y la de Estampados.
En elcomplejo ChryslerToluca se implementa el pilar PM que está basado de la filosofía del WCM(WorldClassManufacturing). Este pilar consiste en tres fases que son reactiva, proactiva y preventiva. En la línea Verson 2 que cuenta con cinco prensas hidráulicas de gran tamaño, se encarga de estampar piezas de lámina para la estructura que conforma un vehículo como son: puerta, costados, chasis, etc.
Losmodelos de troqueles para estampar en Verson 2, son 21, peroexiste uno que sufre demasiados breakdown debidoa que sufren de desgaste excesivo.
El objetivo principal de aplicar el PM esreducir los tiempos de paro no planeados y obtener la mejora continua y aplicando los pasos cero, paso uno y paso dos del pilar PM.
Al final de este procedimiento se obtuvo la reducción de los tiempos de paro en un 30%optimizando la eficiencia de la prensa y mejorando el proceso.



ABSTRAC:
One of the most important companies in the production of vehicles in Mexico is Chrysler, whose demand of products has increased in the last years, thanks to the efficiency and qualit standards that the plant handles and likewise to satisfy the needs and tastes of the clients.
The company Chrysler account withdifferent complexes inside the Mexican Republic, one of them is the Complex Toluca, which possesses two plants; her of Assemble and that of Prints.
In the complex ChryslerToluca there is implemented the prop PM that is based of the philosophy of the WCM (WorldClassManufacturing). This prop consists of three phases that are reactivates, proactive and preventive. In the line Verson 2 that it pose fivehydraulic presses of great size, it takes charge stamping pieces of sheet for the structure that shapes a vehicle since they are: door, sides, chassis, etc.
The models of die to stamp in VERSON 2, are 21,but there one that suffers too many breakdown due to the fact that they suffer from excessive wear. The principal aim to apply the PM is reduced the times of unemployment not planned and to obtainthe constant improvement and applying the steps zero, I spend one and step two of the prop PM.
At the end of this procedure there was obtained the reduction of the times of employment in 30 % optimizing the efficiency of the press and improving the process.
