Customer ID: Note: This is your customer identification number that is to be used with all Internet Bank transactions! It will be sent to you with your current account number once we have processed your contract. The Account Holder requests the Bank to issue to cardholders listed in this contract and its integral enclosures, such Bankcards as are detailed therein.For its part, the Bank undertakes as follows: 1. To handle, r ecord and hold the Account Holder’s funds, and subject to available balance, to fulfill payment orders which are cor rectly p repared and submitted with authorization t hrough use of the electronic iden tification dev ice provided b y the Bank, (Digipass). The Account Holder may obtain information of credits and deb its enter ed on theCurrent Accoun t togeth er with the closing balance thereof through the Internet Bank. 2. The standard validity of the ban kcard is three years from the data of issue. Unless the cardholder gives notice in writing requesting can cellation of the c ard at least sixty (60) days before expiry, the Bank will provide the Account Holder with a new bank card having the same parameters and facilities butwith a new expir y date. Lost, d amaged or stolen cards are replaced b y the Bank irrespective of the ir exp iry date.
