Metallica has recorded a new studio album with former Velvet Underground frontman and music legend Lou Reed, the metal band announced Wednesday (June 15) on itswebsite.
The idea for the collaboration arose after Reed and Metallica shared the stage in 2009, at the Rock and Hall of Fame’s  25th Anniversary concert in Madison Square Garden. Ever since, “we havebeen kicking around the idea of making a record together,” the band said, adding that the album was recorded “over the last few months” at its home in san francisco.

Justin Bieber has opened up about his true feelings for girlfriend Selena Gomez, saying that he is "in love" with her. The U Smile singer, whohas been dating Gomez since March, admitted that he has completely fallen for the 19-year-old Disney star. He told UK magazine New!: "I wouldn't be with somebody if I wasn't in love. "Everybody can seeshe is hot and that's great, but there is so much more to her than that.
She makes me laugh and she puts up with my practical jokes." The 17-year old pop star added: "We were both raised by our mumsin single-parent households, and that's given us a lot of the same family values in life."
