Were announced 18 routes gastronomic INTANGIBLE HERITAGE which are:

1.-VINEYARDS AND AROMAS OF THE SEA
BajaCalifornia north and south
their traditional food is Cesar Salad, almejas chocolatas and other seafood.
Their drinks are red wine and margaritas.

2-TODAY FLAVOR
Mexico City
Their traditional foodis quesadillas, gorditas, pambazos, tlacoyos and tamales
Their drinks are beer, tequila and coffee

3.-KITCHEN TWO WORLDS
Chihuahua
Their traditional food is burritos and their main beverages aretesgüino y zotol.
Chihuahua produces apple quality.

4.-THE COFFE ROUTE
Chiapas and Tabasco
Their main meal is tamales chiapanecos, longaniza and black beans.
Their drinks are coffe and cocoa5.-THE THOUSAND FLAVORS OF MOLE
Oaxaca
Food: mole
Beverages: chocolate, atole and mezcal.

6.-THE TABLE OF THE GARDEN AND SEA
Sinaloa
Their main meal is chilorio , pescadillas and freshproducts like fish and seafood.
Their traditional drinks are barley water, horchata water and other fruits

Michoacán
Their main dishes are caldo michi, carnitas,corundas, choripo and we can´t forget the chileatole.

8.- MARKET ROUTE
Morelos, Estado de México, Guerrero
These states are important because it has theoldest markets from indigenous eras
Their principal food is corn, cecina and pozole and the main beverage of Morelos is Teposnieve.

9.-COFFE AND VANILLA
Veracruz
This state es very important becausehere is produced and processed the best vanilla and good coffe.
Food: pescado a la veracruzana, crab and jalapeño.

10.-FOOD WITH HISTORY
Queretaro and Guanajuato
Its main productions are wineand cheese.
The typical food is charamuscas, barbacoa, enchiladas queretanas and gorditas de migaja.
