Microsoft Rebuked
1. To not spend more than thirty minutes on Facebook.
2. I usually spend an hour or more on social networks.
3. Operant Conditioning:would be when I get to watch TV for thirty minutes for everyday that I spend no more than thirty minutes on Facebook.
I.
A. Everyday right after school I tend to go onFacebook until I am done with homework and even after I’m done. I am conscious that it is a waste of time. I guess Talking to my Friends is an addicting action. I intend tochange this decision because I always end up going to bed late and end up getting not enough sleep.
B. I intend to change by rewarding myself with watching TV for thirtyminutes. I enjoy watching TV and I usually do not get to during the week. This reward might hopefully help me on stopping the addiction with Facebook.
C. I did not change mybehavior as much as I wanted to.
II. Jan 9: I only used Facebook for fifteen minutes and decided to watch TV for thirty minutes the day was successful.
Jan 10: I used Facebookfor twenty five minutes and did not watch TV successful.
Jan 11: I actually did not use Facebook nor did I watch TV.
Jan12: I used Facebook for thirty minutes no TV.
Jan13: I used Facebook for an hour not successful.
Jan14: I used Facebook for an hour not successful.
Jan15: I used Facebook until I went to bed not successful.
Jan 16: I usedFacebook until bed time not successful.
Jan17: I used Facebook until bedtime not successful.
Jan 18: I used Facebook for three hours not successful.
Jan19: I usedFacebook until bedtime not successful.
Jan20: I did not use Facebook.
Jan 21: I used Facebook all day not successful.
Jan22: I used Facebook for three hours not successful
