I learned a new vocabulary about the topic Men and Women. The new words is about the actions that a man or woman do for his or her physical appearances. For example, I can use the word get andput it a collocation:

For the women:
I get a manicure in the hair salon.

For the men:
I get a tattoo because is really cool.

Now, I’m going to use the new vocabulary in these readings aboutmy experiences:

This weekend I had a party. So, I decided to change my style. First, I got a new haircut. Then I got a fashion manicure. I think dye your nails is important for a good appearances.I wore bright colors in my dress and in my makeup. I was really nice for my party.


I’m going to say an advice. If you don’t have time for look very well, you only must to wash your face, tobrush your teeth and finally to straighten your hair. That’s the three important actions that you need to do.


I can use these new words for talk, listen and read so that’s my lesson of thevocabulary.





In this Unit, We make conversations about change our appearance. So we use these expressions for refuse politely in a conversation:
