Bigger, tastier and more varied!
The International Food Fair V Lima is held from 7 to 16 September. From 9:00 am. to 11 pm every day. This year is expected to receive more than half a million mistureros, between domestic and foreign visitors.
The Exposition Park was our guy. So Mistura 2012 willstage the iconic Campo Marte. This represents a 60% wider space. The design will be inspired by our Andes. The Great Market simulate cañihua flower.
The star of the show will be the Andean grain! Quinoa, amaranth and cañihua will be the protagonists of Mistura 2012. About 350producers from all regions of Peru show our great biodiversity and richness.
It reinforces the "Chef Alliance - Peasant" Mistura 2012 will account for Apega joint work with CONVEAGRO, ANPE, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Universidad National Agrarian La Molina and other associations of small farmers.
A true example of ourbiodiversity! The Great Market will have about 180 booths which will mistureros available to a variety of Andean grains, plus native potatoes, peppers, fruits of the coast, highlands and jungle, among other products.
