1. Why is important to continue supporting the work of MKURABITA in Tanzania?
MKURABITA fue el que desarrolló junto con el ILD las etapas de diagnóstico and design of the reform
it has receivedthis one the knowledge and the experience necessary to ahead take a process of successful implementation of reforms
MKURABITA elaborated, through the Premises Design Team that worked along with theexperts of the ILD; the reform proposals that they require to be approved to implement the agenda of the Legal Empowerment of the Poor in Tanzania.
MKURABITA already has incorporated in their vision andmethodologies an important part of the vision, strategies and methodologies of the ILD, puts that it in advantage in front of any other public institution in Tanzania. .
To create a new organizationor to transfer the present functions of MKURABITA to another ministry or state agency, would waste more than 4 years inverted in training and work of field.

2.Why ILD and MKURABITA have to worktogether to launch the implementation of reform process?
During last 4 years MKURABITA one has worried to construct an important network between stakeholders of the reforms: politicians, officialsgovernment, congressmen, leaders of social organizations, industralists, etc. Who are going to allow to him to very quickly drive the process of implementation of the reforms if he counts on the resourcesand the necessary consultant's office.
They have passed more than 2 years since the program of Training for Diseño of the Reformation finalized and is necessary to realise an update of theproposals of reform and the plan of implementation to adapt them to the new circumstances and political and legal changes in Tanzania.
Due to the lack of international financing, the local equipment inMKURABITA has been reduced to its minimum expression and is necessary to reconstitute it with local experts who are able not only to elaborate draft legislation like realising presentations to the civil...
