Using the simulations consider, the validity of the model and verification of the results of a simulation, reproducibility of results, the relationship of model toreality and the relationship between a model and a simulation. Do they accurate reflect the real world? Are they an adequate substitute for hands on training?
To begin with, a simulation is basically arecreation of possible outcomes of a project when doing certain actions. This is usually used when the project may be costly, life-threatening or physically impossible to carry out i.e. universe orstar explosions. In my opinion they certainly are adequate for certain jobs involving risk. It is always much safer torun a simulation before launching an astronaut to cross the atmosphere into open space! This, however, does NOT eliminate possible errors and therefore caution must be taken to prevent failure.
