Resumen

El objetivo de esta Monografia, es poner en manos dellector interesado una serie de textos que le permitan conocer las vicisitudes por las que han pasado los programas de prevención en el Peru.
Ademas, informar sobre los efectos y consecuencias de el uso y abuso de drogas ilegales, con el unico objetivo de abastecer al lector, con herramientas para lograr en el, un espiritu de prevencion y contribucion a esta gran confrontacion, a la que se ledenomia “Lucha contra las drogas”.


Abstract

The objective of this Monograph, is put in the hands of interested readers a series of texts to let you know the vicissitudes that have passed prevention programs in Peru.
In addition, information on the effects and consequences of the use and abuse of illegal drugs, with the sole aim of supplying the reader with the tools to achieve aspirit of prevention and contribution to this great confrontation, which is denomia "the fight against drugs."
