RESUMEN

La lucha no violenta contra el gobierno autoritario comunista en Polonia comenzó poco después de que los comunistas se robaron las elecciones del parlamento en 1964.Sin embargo, tomó más de tres décadas de resistencia civil, emprendida con tiempo a través de variadas tácticas y grados de intensidad, para la sociedad polaca la organización y consolidación comenzó con una amplia coalición de fuerzas sociales que culminaron en el establecimiento de la Solidarność (Solidaridad) como organización y  movimiento en 1980. La Solidaridad, con sus raíces en elsindicalismo, sacudió y deslegitimó al régimen comunista exponiendo la falsedad de sus argumentos ideológicos de que era un “estado libre de los trabajadores”. Este movimiento popular creó un espacio político independiente donde instituciones alternativas, actividades, y discursos podrían desarrollarse y florecer. La Solidaridad siempre siguió sus objetivos políticos con un alto grado de disciplina noviolenta así como las limitaciones autoimpuestas. Estos dos elementos jugaron un papel crucial en el compromiso nacional y el pacífico cambio de poder en 1989. Esta transición negociada impulso a Polonia al camino de una democratización exitosa que también dejó una marca en el legado de su resistencia civil.2






ABSTRACT
The fight does not force against the authoritarian communist government in Poland it began shortly after the communists stole the choices of the parliament from themselves in 1964. Nevertheless, it took more than three decades of civil resistance undertaken with time across varied tactics and degrees of intensity, for the Polishcompany the organization and consolidation began with a wide coalition of social forces that culminated in the establishment of the Solidarnosc (Solidarity) as organization and movement in 1980. The Solidarity, with his roots in the unionism, shook and deslegitimó to the communist regime exposing the falsehood of his ideological arguments of which it was a " condition free of the workers ". This popularmovement created a political independent space where alternative institutions, activities, and speeches might develop and bloom. The Solidarity always followed his political aims with a high degree of discipline it does not force as well as the autowell versed limitations. These two elements played a crucial paper in the national commitment and the pacific change of power in 1989. This negotiatedtransition I stimulate Poland to the way of a successful democratization that also left a brand in the legacy of his civil resistance. 3
