The Greatest Day at School
Yesterday was the greatest day at school. When we arrived, Don Alex told us that it was going to be a veryspecial day because it was his birthday. He didn't tell us exactly what we were going to do but we were already pretty excited.During the first lesson, which was with Mr. Michael, we did a quiz. He told us to be quiet, or else we wouldn't do it. He suggested that wechoose the topic. We all agreed on it; it was going to be basketball. It was very fun and my team won. Mr. Michael had promised to give thewinning team some sweets but he didn't, instead, he told us to go to the playground!
After his lesson was over, we all went back toclass to the next lesson hoping for it to be as fun as the previous one. To our delight, it was. We had class with Don Manuel, whoremoved the daily exam we usually have. He invited us to go to the auditorium to watch a movie and warned us not to touch the walls becausethey had been painted.
The rest of the day was pretty much the same. We ate at Mc Donald's with Don Pedro, to whom we insisted onstaying there for the rest of the evening. He explained that we couldn't because Don Alex had told him that we had to be back at the schoolat 4:30 sharp. We didn't make it on time because Don Pedro fell asleep while we were eating. When we arrived he blamed the bus driver!
