Interviewer’s comments: Lydia presents herselfvery well and has a strong background in confectionery sales. Her record at Rowntree is very good. Rowntree paid for her to take an introductory course in Lotus 1-2-3 in 1996 but she has not had muchopportunity to deveiop her computer skills. She does not seem to be overly ambitious or aggressive. She stated that personal reasons were preeminent in seeking a job in Toronto.
