Lab Report: Uniform rectilinear movement. |

I. Introduction
The movement is the change of position of an object respect to an elapsed time. It’s typically described in termsof velocity, acceleration, and displacement. According to Newton’s first law, an object will stay motionless until a certain force is applied to it.
Velocity is the distance traveled in a particulartime frame in which acceleration is constant.
Acceleration is the change in vector, like speeding up, slowing down, or turning to other directions. Also, acceleration can be negative.
Displacementis the difference of distance between one point and the other.
II. Problem
We have a little kart that pushed by an air impeller and using a spark generator makes marks every .2 seconds in a thermalpaper. By checking the length between those points and using the time, we have to calculate the velocity at which the kart was moving.
III. Variables

IV. Materials
Spark generator
Thermal paper
Rail of linearflotation
Air impeller
Flotation cars
V. Procedure
1- Turn on the air impeller while you hold the little car.
2- Turn on the spark generator and let go of the car.
3- After turning of the sparkgenerator and the air impeller, take the thermal paper out of the flotation rail.
4- With a measuring tape register in a notebook the length between each on of the marks on the thermal paper made bythe spark generator.
