PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS
THIS RIDER IS A GUIDELINE. ALL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
WILL BE ADDRESSED IN THE TELEPHONE ADVANCE WITH THE
ARTIST’S PRODUCTION MANAGER, PRIOR TO THE
PERFORMANCE DATE.

The technical advance for this tour will be co-ordinated by ARTIST’S Production
Manager, Omar Abderrahman. Appropriate elements of this rider will be used for
each venue advance with relevant crew calls, timings etc. at the discretion of the
ARTIST’S Production Manager.
An on-sale memo will have preceded this rider outlining all pertinent production
issues specificallyrelating to venue builds and ticketing issues.
1. PURCHASER REPRESENTATIVE
a. PURCHASER agrees to provide a responsible person with decision-making
powers in all matters, including occurring expenses and disbursement to be at
the venue one hour prior to the beginning of load -in and available solely to the
ARTIST'S representative throughout the day until load -out has been completed
and theARTIST and crew have left the venue's premises.

b. PURCHASER agrees to have a box office representative present at Load In to
go over any sightline, seat kills, and relocate concerns

2. THE STAGE
a. PURCHASER agrees to provide the following stage requirements:
A well swept and clean stage, free of all debris and clear of any storag e such as
risers,pianos, additional sound and lighting equipment etc., at least one hour
prior to load-in time.
Arena: A sturdy and well constructed stage 60 feet wide by 48 feet deep and
5 feet high, with a minimum ceiling clearance of 60 feet from the deck of the
stage. In addition, there must be a minimum of 10 feet of riggable space
between the deck and the back wall or fire lane. Downstage edge and sidesshould be skirted with black drapes. No Wings are required. THE STAGE
SHOULD HAVE FINISHED CONSTRUCTION NO LESS THAN 2 HOURS
BEFORE PRODUCTION LOAD IN.
Theatre: In the event of a fixed stage, PURCHASER agrees to contact the
ARTIST Production Manager, no less than Three (3) weeks prior to the show
day, with all dimensions. If there is a safety curtain at the venue it is imperative
thatARTIST’S Production Manager be advised as to any restrictions as to its use
and control no less than 2 weeks prior to the ARTIST’S performance date.
Outdoor: In the Event of an Outdoor stage, PURCHASER agrees to
contact the ARTIST Production Manager, no less than Three (3) weeks prior to
show day, with all dimensions, and available weight loadings, of the stage, and
roof, being provided. ThePURCHASER agrees to provide adequate Rain, and or
Sun protection over all stage and wing areas.
b. PURCHASER agrees how to dress the stage in the Production advance.
c. PURCHASER agrees that no signs or advertisements shall appear in front of,
on, behind or over the stage.
d. PURCHASER agrees that, regardless of sponsorship, all lighted signage will
be turned off during the show.
e. PURCHASERagrees that, Walk in lights will be at the discretion of the Artist
Production Manager.
3. Stage Thrust – Provided by the promoter:
Downstage center 8’ wide x 16’ long x 5’ high. For a Arena show
Downstage center 8’ wide x 32’ long x 5’ high. For a Stadium show

4. BARRICADE
a. ARTIST prefers and requests MOJO STYLE barricade, where allowed. If the
use ofa barricade is mandatory, it should be positioned four (4’) feet from the
downstage edge. The Barricade will be of sturdy construction, and is properly
maintained and is a recognized type - i.e. Stage Right, All Access, ETC
b. PURCHASER agrees to provide bike rack for front, sides and rear of FOH
mix position. Other crowd control barrier deemed necessary may also be used.
