It is said that the culture of individuals and peoples is demonstrated by its cultural level with the music I usually listen and at this point it can be stated that almost 90 percent of cultures havemusical events. In the history of music and musicology, music is classical or classical period (1750-1820) theexpression covering almost every period of its heyday.
The years of the classical period is lived in a time of great change in the world. The French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars changed the face ofEurope. During this period it was possible that the general public had more access to culture and participate in artistic activities.
