Universidad de las Américas Puebla / Communication laboratory´s head. 2011

•Monitor control of laboratory´s equipment loan.
• Establish regulations for the proper operation of laboratories.
• Maintain updated vendor lists suggested, price of equipment andmaterial that can be purchased
• Request quotes and suggest suppliers to the Purchasing Department according to the available budget.
• Issue work orders for repairs, modificationsand maintenance of laboratory area.
• Supervise the maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Monitor and maintain current records of equipment and materials laboratories.
•Update the list of debtors students.
• Supervision in renewing Audio Lab, Digital Post Production Center and TV Studio.
