My Passion
My passion is graphic design. Since I was kid, I always liked to play with the computer. I started to play computer when I was 3 years old. My mother taught me to play computer games forkids. Games like: Barbie, Hercules, Disney Princess, and those games for kids. I remember when I was 8 years old; I had to make a poem about a rose. So my grandmother helped me to do it with powerpoint. She made a beautiful background with a rose; she also put a beautiful font for the poem I wrote. And I was so happy because I had the best presentation. I really get inspired by that. I wanted tolearn more about those kinds of programs like power point. So I was just sitting in the computer, playing with power point, word and paint. At the age of 9, I could make a power point presentationwith music and pictures and effects. I liked to play with the pictures of my family, and make like a little “movie” with funny sounds. I was so good at everything related to the computer, that even myaunt was asking me to help her to make a presentation for her homework of the university. I was the one making the invitations for the parties or things like that, and I was just a kid.
I can saythat I had a power point and paint fever. At the age of 12 I remember that I was talking to my father, and I saw that he was designing a logo for his company. He said that if I could make the samesketch of the logo in the computer, he would give me some money. So I accepted the challenge. And after 20 min I made the same sketch in the computer and my parents couldn’t believe it. I could even alsomake a website with html codes, which is difficult to learn.
But for me it was easy. People always ask me, how did I learn to do those stuffs, but I really don’t know. I just figure it out bymyself.
I started to learn Photoshop when I moved to Denmark. I was living in Copenhagen for a while, and in school we had the option to learn about stuffs in the computer. Like word, excel power...
