Nebraska:
(officially, and English, State of Nebraska) is one of the 50 states of the United States of America, located in the region ofthe Great Plains, in the Midwest. It is believed that the name derives from NI chiwere Brásge or Btháska Ní omaha, both phrases meaning "flat water" and refer to the Platte River, which flows throughthe state.2 The capital is Lincoln and its largest city is Omaha.
