Marina: Welcome to all of my funs to the best program that we have the opportunity of see in television: the marina’s diary.
Today we have a very important person in our program. He is from France, a person loved by all the people of his country and who usually carries a very big hat over his head. Could you imagine who is he? Yes? So please give a big hand to Napoleon Bonaparte.
Napoleon:(he appears with prepotency thanking all his funs the big hand)
Marina: Hello and welcome, it’s just an honor for us to have a person like you, with the importance that you have had in our history, in this program.
Napoleon: I know I know, not everybody can tell that, you know.
Marina: ehh yes… well you know why are you here right napoleon?
Napoleon: because everybody loves me, isn’t thattrue?
Marina: well, that’s not really the main reason you are here… you are now sited in that chair because of the opposite thing, because there is lot of people who have suffered because of you and who hates you.
Napoleon: who hates me? Came on, nobody hates me, I´ve done lots of things for my homeland, I gave all my life to France.
Marina: yes, we all know that, but the thing is that the personwho is going to come here know is not from France… but let’s stop talking about him and let’s just let you see who this person is… please give a big hand to England!
Napoleon: (he look at her in the worst way he can)
England: (she appears crying, with a box of handkerchiefs, the umbrella in the other and a briefcase. She sits dawn and he took out of the bag the book of harry potter, a clockand a cup of tea)
Marina: Hello england, how do you feel?
England: hello, hello… how I’m supposed feel? Bad, very bad, awfully, and all because of his fault… I can’t even look him in the eyes.
Marina: see Napoleon? Are you looking at her? Can you explain me why she is feeling that way?
Napoleon: no.. not at all. I don’t remember making this poor girl suffer. ( he doesn’t really belive what he issaying )
England: No? you don’t remember? You don’t remember that you killed lots of people in my country? Why did you have to come back from your exile in Elba, you cause less problems with my friend Italy.
Napoleon: (with autosuficiencia) I decided to came because of many reasons, such as I didn’t like how the Bourbon monarchy atended the Big Arme and I didn’t like the situation of Europewhich almost end in a war between the main powers at the Congress of Vienna. So the return of french prisioners who were exiled too, provided me a huge army. I tried to talk to you if you remember it England, but you didn’t listen to me.
England: That I didn’t listen to you? (she realized why she didn’t talk to him and he smiles) oh.. hugh! But that’s because, if you rememeber my dear Napoleon,me and the other countries from the Seven Consulate didn’t listen to you because you were nothing in that time, it wasn’t you who led in France. (She cries again) But even in that time we were afraid of you because you caused a lot of battles before your exile. And then everything started, and you mustn’t went to Belgium where we were joined to conquer it.
Napoleon: What? You don’t have rights tocame this program and say to me anything! Because I was defeated by you in the battle of Waterloo, if you remember this, my dear England (ironia). (autosufieciencia again) But of course, you only had good luck in that war, because I had more probabilities of win than you. And if I weren’t in bad conditions in the last day,you wouldn’t took advantage of this and you woulnd’t have won the battle,and you know that.
England: (start craying again)
Marina: came on, come on.. lets relax our selves, we are here to solve this problems so, England, could you tell us any other thing that napoleon has done to you?
England: (recomponiendose) Oh! I could tell infinite stories if I want, but I’m just going to tell you another one. Ask, ask him where was he durin the French Revolution….
