Global Warming discussion
What is it?
Global warming is when the temperature of the earth increases, which is something that happensnaturally, but it is said that human activity is causing it. There is this natural process called ‘the green house effect’ where the gases in the atmosphere such as methane and carbon dioxide buildup and retain heat from the sun in the atmosphere, therefore increasing the temperature on earth.
The discussion we had made me wonder about men on earth causing it. I came up with the conclusionthat it is just an excuse. I found out that Earth has actually getting colder since 1996 and 1998 that scientist have proved that CO2 does not affect the environment at all and that its fake in thesense it's not scientifically possible. I also read so many opinions about people saying that it was just for the media to make money, which if you really think about it, it does make sense. When anatural disaster happens the media spends so much time on the issue instead of talking about more important things. They try to block the development of poor countries and raise taxes to “pay for theresearch of energy sources that do not cause global warming.
The climate has always changed and it always will capriciously, and what we can do is to adapt to the new situation that it’s beyond ourcontrol. Doing this is better than doing something stupid and extremely expensive that we might regret in the future.
People are predicting the unpredictable, they are supposing things about theenvironment that they don’t even are sure of. The sensible thing would be to control the temperature and act on facts, not predictions, and adapt to change, something in human nature.
I also think thatthe man is getting the situation worse, but only in a small fraction, I’m not saying that just because it is not generally caused by the humans we are able to do things that we know that affect...
