It is of great importance for the NBA to get a foot-hold in Europe since it is one ofthe biggest basketball emerging markets. They have already invested in China, and are very interested in making basketball grow as a sport all over the world. Since they are the biggest and mostrespected basketball league in the world, they should try to take the NBA brand to other parts of the world and try to implement the American entertainment/sport system since it has showed to be veryprofitable. Europe for the NBA is very important because every year it becomes more competitive and they keep exporting players to the American teams, now they start taking American players to Europealso.
