GDZIE niżej podpisani chcą zawrzeć niniejszą umowę dla określenia pewnych
parametrów przyszłych zobowiązań prawnych, są związani obowiązkiem poufności codo ich źródeł i kontaktów. Obowiązek ten jest zgodny z Konwencją Międzynarodowej Izby Handlowej (I.C.C. 500).

WHEREAS, the Undersigned wish to enter into this Agreement to define certain parameters of the future legal obligations, are bound by a duty of confidentially with respect to their sources and contacts. This duty is in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce Convention(I.C.C. 500).

GDZIE niżej podpisani pragną wejść w robocze stosunki handlowe dla wspólnej i
wzajemnej korzyści stron zainteresowanych, wliczając w to ich filie, jednostki zależne,
akcjonariuszy, partnerów, wspólne przedsięwzięcia, partnerów handlowych i inne
powiązane organizacje (w niniejszym piśmie nazywane dalej "Członkami").

WHEREAS, the Undersigned desire to enter into a workingbusiness relationship to the mutual and common benefit of the parties hereto, including their affiliates, subsidiaries, stockholders, partners, co-ventures, trading partners, and other associated organizations (herein after referred to as "Affiliates").

TAK WIĘC, zważywszy na wzajemne obietnice, twierdzenia i umowy w niniejszym piśmie I inne dobre i cenne ustalenia, odbiór których jest potwierdzonytutaj, strony niniejszym zgadzają się jak następuje:

A. The parties will not in any manner, solicit, nor accept any business in any manner from sources not their Affiliates, which sources were made available through this agreement, without the express permission of the party who madeavailable the source and,
