1. Background
The circus was created in 1768 by Philip Astley, an Englishman who set up a ring format for equestrian events, still use today. Classical circus isconsidered to consist of four elements, whether inside a tent or large arena: equestrian acts, clowns, acrobats and jugglers but addionally he adding a clown to the mix to parodythe other events and add some humor, Astley transformed these separate acts into a real show.

The problem of the case is tomaintain the ability to present a new show each year to its major audiences and also enable the show to go on thought the winter months.

 The use ofeconomies of scale in order to reduce the cost or the larger shows
 New technology to attract more people

5. Conclusion
The companies have to learn how to get all thesources in order to make better their business but with the things that always had existed. The companies have to change with tha needs of the people because with the use ofthe technology people are interesting in new things that are more attractive. They can use the traditional system but adding something new that revolting the business.
