Our team represents a Mexican tequila production company with headquarters in Jalisco. We have produced a new 20 years old red tequila for the Italian market called Rosso Horse.Now we are trying to buy bottles for this red tequila. Thinking about the tequila color and the market, we are interested in Pininfarina Group Design Company, a famous Italian Company remember fordesign the Ferrari cars, to design this new bottle. Making Pinifarina be part of the project would be very important for the success of the product because Pininfarina products represent quality,reliability and design personality.
The CEO of our company sends a email message to Pininfarina to let they know our interest hiring its design services and set a personal meeting in her offices in Floridawith all the team project. We become a positive answer of Pininfarina to present our project
During the meeting our CEO present the Rosso Horse Tequila to the Pininfarina design team and makequestions to know more about the company, finding common grounds (mark position and color) and the products that had design.
They accept all our proposals because it will be benefit for the 2 parts.Our proposals vs only the bottle designs were:
1. Use the institutional Pininfarina red color for the tequila.
2. Make the Tequila marketing campaign with other Pininfarinaproducts.
3. Campaign in the country of not drive in state of drunkenness.
4. Pininfarina mark in the label bottle.
Pininfarina wants receive 20% Rosso Horse Tequila monthlysales in Euros and be the unique
Rosso Horse Tequila sales company in Italy.
Our CEO accepts to give only 10 % monthly sales in dollars including all the other proposals that he made.
FinallyPininfarina accept our business terms and we signs a contract with the responsibilities and obligations of the 2 parts.
