As you probably know, we are looking for a new general manager that can lead effectively the company.Company’s mission: to increase profit by offering quality service.
I really think we need a new manager that can be able to develop a customer orientedculture in the organization of the six clubs. Being competitive is an important issue as there exist various other similar gyms in the area. Therefore, themanager must take into consideration every possible idea that can make the customer happier and more likely to train with us. Moreover, if we accomplish this we willget free marketing, which is usually more effective and cheaper than common advertising.
Alongside with this last requirement, the general manager should beable to exploit new business opportunities. We believe, after our last market research, that there are gaps to be filled that the new manager should visualizeand exploit them efficiently.
It is vital that the new manager can motivate appropriately our team of managers, so as to encourage the rest of the staff andtake the best of their potential. What is more, they need to follow the company’s mission, consequently, the manager should express and explain constantly toits subordinates in order to coordinate and be more efficient and effective.
All in all, we are looking for an experienced talented manager that can make thisorganization to increase profits by administrating efficiently the staff and resources, exploiting new opportunities and finally by pleasing customers.
