NIÑEZ DESPROTEGIDA Y LA VIOLACION A SUS DERECHOS
RESUMEN

Uno de los problemas que aquejan las ciudades es la de los niños desprotegidos que se intensifica día a día y con ellos los malos tratos y el quebrantamiento de sus derechos, vulnerando con ello el artículo 44 de nuestra constituyente, donde abarca todos y cada uno de los derechos fundamentales del niño, que además aluce que esresponsabilidad de la familia, el estado y la sociedad generar las condiciones necesarias para garantizar el pleno ejercicio de estos derechos, teniendo en cuenta que los niños son seres plenos de derechos.
Podemos sugerir que existen tres entes que contribuyen al desarrollo integral de los niños, ellas son la familia, la escuela y la sociedad.
La familia como el pilar fundamental y el núcleo de unasociedad, es una escuela de valores donde se educa a cada uno de sus integrantes, pero al hacer un análisis profundo se puede notar la ausencia de la familia en una sociedad que ha perdido su brújula y la lucidez intelectual. Ya que los padres han descuidado libertinamente el cuidado de sus hijos, depositando su confianza en otras personas ajenas a ellos, sumando a este la violencia intrafamiliarcomo el síntoma de una sociedad carente, con un desarrollo humano muy pobre y con unas necesidades básicas insatisfechas y apabullados por la injusticia social.
Cabe anotar a esto que la familia por el afán del ir y venir dejan funciones de autoridad y enseñanza a los docentes que en nada debe verse manifestado en ellos, ya que solo los docentes ven la necesidad de dedicar mucho esfuerzo y energíaen velar por las normas y el cumplimiento de compromisos con el reglamento del plantel; por último el hacinamiento, el hambre y la falta absoluta de recursos necesarios para la conservación de la vida en condiciones normales a llevado a la separación de los hogares, arrojando a los menores a reconocer como hogar la calle o el maltrato, encontrando en el robo, la delincuencia común, prostitucióny mendicidad, o siendo integrantes de grupos al margen de la ley que arrebatan sus sueños, ilusiones y dejan en el abismo ilusiones que un día habitaron su corazón.

ABSTRACT

One of the problems facing cities is that of disadvantaged children is intensifying day by day and with them the abuse and violation of their rights, thereby violating Article 44 of our constituent, which covers eachand every one of fundamental rights of the child, Aluce also the responsibility of the family, state and society create the conditions necessary to ensure the full exercise of these rights, taking into account that children are beings full rights.
We suggest that there are three entities that contribute to the integral development of children; they are family, school and society.
He family as thefoundation and core of a company, is a school which teaches values to each of its members, but to make a deep analysis one may note the absence of the family in a society that has lost its compass and intellectual clarity. Since parents have neglected Libertines care of their children, placing their trust in other people unrelated to them, adding to the family violence as a symptom of a societylacking, with very poor human development and with some basic needs unmet and overwhelmed by social injustice.
It should be noted that this family by the lure of coming and going left positions of authority to teachers and teaching that nothing should be manifested in them, because only the teachers see the need to expend much effort and energy into ensuring the standards and compliance withcommitments to the campus rules and finally overcrowding, hunger and absolute lack of resources necessary for the preservation of life under normal conditions led to the separation of homes, driving children to recognize as the street or home abuse, finding robbery, crime, prostitution and begging, or being members of groups outside the law snatched their dreams, hopes and dreams left in the abyss...
