Affected Models
The list below shows the computers that may be to participate in settlement and receive a remedy offered through this settlement. Please note that if you choose to file a claim, you will need to provide additional information to establish your right to receive a remedy.

For ease of reference, the product numbers are named the same way yourcomputer manufacturer does: Dell Service Tags, HP-Compaq Product IDs and Apple Serial Numbers.

PLEASE REMEMBER: Although your notebook computer may be an eligible model, not every notebookcomputer on the list of Affected Models is eligible to participate. To be eligible to file a claim, your notebook computer must contain an Nvidia chip, it must have an eligible Product Identification Number (for HP), Service Tag Number (for Dell) or Serial Number (for Apple) and it must be experiencing one of the symptoms identified in the List of Identified Symptoms.
