The world today is becoming smaller and smaller due to the effects of globalization and every country is growing to be more reliant on others.The way that the world experiences globalization today is mostly through enterprises, corporations, and businesses spreading throughout the world. As the world grows to be more interdependent, onemay see businesses such as Pizza Hut in China and even McDonalds in Uzbekistan. Businesses are spreading not only products and work, but also ideas and ways of managing a company.
By enterprisesbringing new products and work to other countries, they are advancing society and improving conditions in different regions. The products that are brought from corporations range in quality andfunction, but they spread culture and improve conditions. Another role that corporations have in globalization is the process of outsourcing, which can bring many bebefits to one country, while restrictingthe corporation from staying in the home country. The effects of outsourcing on anpther country can be very beneficial, but also detrimental to a society. It brings money and jobs to an area that mayneed the help from the corporation. On the other hand, outsourcing can have bad effects on the culture of an area, by changing schedules of work and restricting education for yound people who needthe work.
Although outsourcing and products are physical aspects that are brought to a country through enterprises, the intangible aspects of these enterprisesn arriving in new areas are alsoprominent. The ways that a company manages its workers and runs the business may be different than what is normal. This can have great effects on the mindset of a worker and how they might run futurebusinesses.
