Frida Kahlo

(Coyoacan, Mexico, 1907-id., 1954) Mexican Painter. Marie curie

Marie Curie wasa physicist and chemist who lived between 1867-1934. Contributed greatly to our understanding of radioactivity and the effects of x-rays.

He was born under the name of Maria Skłodowska in Varovia, Poland, then part of the Russian Empire. At the time, at the University of Warsaw were not allowed to study women, so that Mary and her sister went to night classes at a "floating university".

Diego Rivera

(Guanajuato, 1886 - Mexico City, 1957) Mexican painter, considered one of the leading muralists of his country. He studied for about fifteen years(1907-1922) in several European countries (especially Spain, France and Italy), where he became interested in avant-garde art and the academic left.
