1. We watch shows thatare created for children.
2. Our parents block certain channels that are a bad influence for us.
3. We do not spend more than 2 hours a day watching television.
We use the telephoneresponsibly when:
1. We use our telephone or cell phone to call only people we know.
2. We do not call a number received in a text message to claim “free gifts” for example, or to participate insweepstakes. Each of those calls has a charge.
3. We do not accept calls from strangers.
4. We do not download messages or materials that are no appropriate for children our age.
5. Ourparents use blocking devices on our telephone line or our cell phones.
We use the internet responsibly when:
1. We use it only to send or receive e-mails to or from our friends and family.
2.Our parents use parental controls to block access to strangers who may want to harm us.
3. We access only those sites that we trust to find information for school work.
