INTRODUCCIÓN

En elsiguiente trabajo vamos a dar a entender al lector el concepto de un nombre comercial y de un aviso comercial, sus características principales, la ley que los regula y el debido tramite que se debe de realizar para su creación, contenido y uso.

También entraremos en los detalles de estos dos temas para que el lector quede satisfecho sobre la información aquí plasmada; seremos claros y precisos enlos diferentes subtemas que manejaremos y abordaremos algunos ejemplos tanto de nombres comerciales como de avisos de los mismos.

Los datos de esta investigación fueron tomados de libros de derecho, mercadotecnia y publicidad, ya que los nombres comerciales y avisos de estos tienen una estrecha relación con el comportamiento del consumidor en el mercado y sus variadas maneras de pensar conformeal entorno.

Cabe mencionar que los que los nombres y avisos comerciales son la base de una buena empresa, ya que estos términos van a ser clave e identificación del ente, y marcarán la manera en que los consumidores te vean y te reconozcan en el mercado.

Vamos a resaltar de una manera clara las grandes diferencias entre una empresa y otra; sus maneras de tratar al cliente, la calidadde la mercancía y su eficacia y competitividad en el mercado.

Así pues damos comienzo a este interesante trabajo de investigación sobre los nombres y avisos comerciales, esperando que el lector se llene de conocimientos y comprenda la enorme importancia que tienen estos dos elementos claves en una empresa fuerte y competidora.

ABSTRACT

In the following text, we will give tounderstand to the reader the concept of a trade name and a commercial announcement, their main features, the law that regulates them, and the handling for their creation, content and use.

Also go into the details of these two subjects so that the reader is satisfied on the information contained here, we will be clear and precise in the various sub-board addressed, like some examples of bothtrade names and notices of them.

The data in this investigation were taken from books on law, marketing and publicity, and trade names and notices of these ones have a close relationship with the consumers’ behavior in the market and their diverse ways of thinking according to the environment.

It should be mentioned that the names and advertising are the foundation of a goodcompany, as these terms will be the key and identification of the body, and they will mark the way in which consumers will see and recognize you in the market.

We will highlight in a clear manner the major differences between a company and another one, the way they treat the customer, the quality of the merchandise and its efficiency and competitiveness in the market.
