The Manager Hotel Dos Rios Loja Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the laundry service provided by your hotel. I was aguest at the Hotel Dos Rios from 23rd to 25th April of this year. On the morning at 25th April, my clothes were brought to my room from the Hotel laundry. I washorrified to discover that a new skirt which I sent to the laundry in perfect condition was stained. In condition, my shirt had shrunk and a button wasmissing. This caused me considerable inconvenience, since I had an important interview the same morning. I would therefore like you to reimburse me $ 45.00 for thetotal cost of the damaged clothing. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
