-Affirmative: You speak English.
-Negative: Yoy don´t speak English.

We add don´t between the subject and theverb. We use the auxiliary Don´t when the subject is I, You, We and They.

Colocamos el auxiliar don´t entre el sujeto y el verbo. Usamos el auxiliar Don´t cuando el sujeto esI, You, We y They.

When the subject is He, She or It we add the auxiliary doesn´t between the subject and the verb to make a negative sentence. Notice that the letter “s” at theend of the verb in the affirmative sentence (because is the third person) disappears in the negative sentence.

Cuando el sujeto es tercera persona colocamos el auxiliar doesn´tentre el sujeto y el verbo, esto al hacer una oración negativa. Notemos que la letra “s” que se coloca al final del verbo cuando es tercera persona desaparece en una oraciónnegativa.
Tercera persona singular en presente simple. 
La regla es agregar s. 
Pero... 
Si el verbo termina en cualquier sonido que potencialmente pueda confundirse con s (-s, -z,-sh, -ch) o si termina en -o, entonces, en lugar de agregar sólo -s, se agrega -es. 

Si el verbo termina en -y y antes de ésta hay una consonante, se elimina ya -y y se agrega-ies. Si antes de la -y hay otra vocal, ésta se queda, agregando sólo -s.
