Notice to you and all others in possession of the below premises, that you are hereby notified to vacate, quit and deliver the premises you hold under the contract for deed, namely:95 David Road

You are to deliver said premises within Five days of receipt of this notice (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Legal Holidays), pursuant to the applicable State Law of Georgia. It is per our discretion, and not by obligation, that we might allow your arrearage toextend up to the 15th day of this month. Please not that if the problem persists, we will more than likely exercise the later.

Your monthly obligation, due on the 1st day of July 2010, as per your contract, is for $655.42. This notice is provided in case of nonpayment or late payment of your monthly obligation. After the 1st to the 5th day of this month, your payment obligation arrearage will bein the amount of $687.75. On the 6st to the 10th day of this month, your payment obligation arrearage will be in the amount of $720.50. And on the 11st to the 15th day of this month, your payment obligation arrearage will be in the amount of $753.25

You may reinstate your contractual agreement, per our discretion, by full payment of said arrears to wit before or on Thursday July 15th, 2010(Remember to make deposit before 2pm so that it will post by the intended date), as provided under the terms of your contract for deed or by applicable State Law.

In the event you fail to bring your arrearage payments current or vacate the premises, per our discretion, before or by the 15th day of this month, we shall immediately take legal action to evict you and to recover all monies owed anddamages for the unlawful detention of said premises together with such future monies as may be due us for breach of your contract. If the above payment has already been made, please disregard this notice.
