Abstract
The Good Manufacturing Practices are intended to control the environment of the facility where the product is processed through the compliance practices of cleaning and personal hygienepractices to preserve the efficiency levels achieved in the phase production, this project aims to use lean manufacturing tools to maintain order and control production control keeping procedures inproduction areas, in the case of this project will focus on areas of prints to prevent failures in the process.

The project consists in a model using monitoring techniques related to lean manufacturingwithin the areas of engraving to prevent imperfections in the process of flexographic plates, trying to anticipate unforeseen equipment and plates, using a log productivity of machinery, likewiseverify the efficiency of these by using a statistical based on OEE (Overall equipment Efficiency), drafting primary production aspects of the equipment used. Moreover monitoring teams reflect theconditions under which they are, giving us a broader view of how efficient our team and process.

Quality control must be built from within, during the manufacturing process, since once the product leavesthe production line there is only the option to approve or reject it. The BPM instead prevent errors that may occur during the production process.
