NEW YORK
I´m going to speak about the city of New York.
New York is one of the most famous cities in the world. It´s placed on the east coast of theUnited States. It is formed by five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and State Island. The city has many recognized district and buildings all overthe world.
One of this districts are the five avenue, is a very big and long street. Is one of the principals avenues in the center of Manhattan. In thisavenue there are a lot of expensive mansions and shops.
The most famous monument of New York are the statue of liberty. It is an island, the Liberty island.The Statue of Liberty represents the freedom and is a gift from France to the United States to mark the Centennial of the American Declaration of Independence.Times Square is a major commercial intersection in the borough of Manhattan in New York City , at the junction of Broadway and Seventh Avenue. The TimeSquare it has turned into a world icon and a symbol of New York City and the United States. It´s characterized by the animation and the luminous advertising.One of the places most famous in Manhattan is the Central Park. It is a public park in the center of Manhattan. All the park isn´t natural, The park containsseveral natural-looking lakes and ponds that have been created artificially. In the park are extensive walking tracks, two ice-skating rinks and The Central ParkZoo.
I want to visit New York in the next years because is my favourite city and I never stay in it, and I want to see the famous places of New York.
