After analyzing the food I ate in my normal day, I could see that I have to improve my diet and be healthier because I'm not ingesting the vitamins and minerals thatmy body needs.
The vitamins and minerals are important to our body because they make people's bodies work properly. Vitamins and minerals boost the immune system,support normal growth and development, and help cells and organs do their jobs.
I want to change my way of feeding, because I am not eating what my body needs, I wantto have a healthier and fuller life.
First, I want to reduce carbohydrates, because according to the table is what my body has more. I would choose the best sourcesof carbohydrates: whole grains vegetables, fruits and beans, since they promote good health by delivering vitamins, minerals and fiber.
If I want to be in a gooddiet and reduce some fat, I need to eat food that does not increase my weight too much. I would like to increase a little of protein, because they are important for thegrowth and repair of your muscles, bones, skin, tendons, ligaments, hair, eyes and other tissues. I would like to increase my level of vitamins in my body, and eatmore food that provides vitamins such as A, B12, C, D, E. My body also needs more Calcium, and to reduce the amount of carbs in my diet.
I decided that I would changemy way of feeding, especially in my snack between lunch and dinner. If I used to eat chips or something bad to my body, now it is preferable to eat a fruit orvegetable that have lower fat content and higher fiber content and nutrients. Another change I want to make, is dinner, I want to eat healthier and not things with carbs.
