• Woof Inc is a pet food distributor based in San Francisco
• They would like to automate procurement, sales, warehousing and use the
integrated accounting Openbravo ERP offers
• They have one office and two departments they would like to do separate

Woof Inc Scenario

• wish their retailers to have access to the system so they can enter sales orders
by themselves (a new window available only to Retailer role)
• main reports (invoices) must be customized withtheir logo and an additional
field CreatedBy visible so that they can see who created the document
• a simple menu where daily items are accessible directly from the root level
• product window must be customized due to their specific data that needs to be
visible there
• they have a large number of retailers (BPs) they would like to import
• a full audit trail of orders, invoices, payments andproducts is desired
• view incoming retail sales orders directly upon login (Workspace widget)
• a separate report for printing out retail sales orders
