Quiero agradecer primero que todo a mi familia por el apoyo brindado durante este
largo y maravilloso camino, en especial a mi Hermano por que fue quien me
impulso y sin él no hubiese sido posible empezar este recorrido Muchas gracias.
A mi gran amor por todo el apoyo, la confianza, comprensión, por devolverme la
confianza y por creer siempreen mí, ha sido maravilloso terminar esta etapa a tu

RESUMEN
Este trabajo consiste en identificar la viabilidad de crea la empresa Food truck
gourmet dedicada a la venta de comida saludable para algunos sectores
industriales de Pereira y Dosquebradas. El producto que se pretende ofrecer será
de alta calidad, a precios competitivos: Esta tiene como propósito contribuir a la
salud de losconsumidores.
Esta viabilidad se identificara a través de la ejecución del estudio de factibilidad
que estará dividido en: estudio de mercado, técnico, de ingeniería, administrativo y
financiero, que se detallaran a lo largo de este trabajo.
La última etapa de este proyecto contiene la ejecución del estudio financiero
donde se conseguirá identificar las inversiones necesarias para el negocio. Sufuente de financiación y de igual forma medir el impacto económico y social que
alcanzara la empresa en la región.

ABSTRACT

This project consists in identifying the viability to create the enterprise, Food Truck
Gourmet which will focus on selling healthy food in some industrial areas in Pereira
and Dosquebradas. The product which is intended to be offered will be of high
quality, withcompetitive prices. Its main propose is to contribute to the health of the
clients.
This viability will be identifying through the execution of a feasibility study which will
be divided into: marketing, technical, engineer, management and financial, these
elements will be explained in detail throughout this study.
The last phase of this project contains the execution of the financial study in which
it willbe possible to identify the necessary investments required for the business.
It’s financing source and at the same time it will be possible to measure the
economical and social impact the enterprise will achieve in the region.
