PROJECT SUMMARY
The objective of Serrette RAM Analysis was to forecast the platform performance in terms of reliability, availability andmaintainability, and to identify the systems and equipment that will cause the greatest impact on Serrette production capacity.

OBJECTIVES AND GOALS
       Define the Reliability Block Diagram configuration Parameterization of Failure Models for the differentBlocks Simulate the expected capacity for the Serrette Platform during a 5 year period Estimate the expected Availability, downtime and outages of the whole Platform facility in the same 5 year periodSeek and establish critical systems or equipment in the platform that might reduce the expected capacity of the platform Set a criticality ranking based on failures and consequence of the involvedsystems in the platform Ensure integrity and reliability of the platform including off times caused by maintenance and safety routines

RESULTS
  With mean capacity of 98.91% redundancy was provedeffective for the client’s reliability goals Simulated results indicated integrity and reliable operations while including minimum operative losses due to maintenance routines
