INTRODUCTION

Thru companies reality of our days and economic conditions they are in, they are working on diminish cost and maximize benefits.

On this report are the antecedents of “Constructora El Canelo S.A.” company, the potentials problematic on materials transport area and this will bedevelop thru optimization applications.

“Constructora El Canelo S.A.” company, ID 79.562.550-K, whose legal representative are Mister Jaime González Lorca. Company dedicate to building and house construction. Theirs address are Pedro de Valdivia Norte Nº 0101, Providencia, Santiago; branches: Avda. El Bosque s/n, Colina El Pino, La Serena and 10 Norte 882, Viña del Mar.

Actually the companyhas the following projects in construction:
• “SOL DE TOSCANA” 155 isolated houses, 3 different models. Located in “La Cruz”, fifth region.
• “SOL DE MANQUEHUE” residential of 102 houses, 3 different models. Located at “Quilpue” fifth region.
• “JARDINES DE COLINA” condominium of departments study of 1 and 2 rooms, with recreational facilities. Located at La Colina El Pino, “LaSerena”, fourth región.
• “COSTA MILANO” 114 isolated and twin houses, with great view of the sea. Located at La Herradura, “Coquimbo”, fourth region.
• “CONDOMINIO COLINA EL PINO 12” 47 isolated houses. Located at Colina el Pino, “La Serena”.
• “SANTO DOMINGO” 144 solid houses, isolated and twin, located at Las Compañias, “La Serena”.
• “COSTA ESMERALDA” 73 houses, 2 distinctmodel, located at Peñuelas Oriente, “La Serena”.
Company with more than 20 years of experience on market of construction and more than 100 projects building thru Antofagasta, La Serena, Coquimbo, Viña del Mar, Valparaiso, Quilpue, Santiago between other cities.

General objective of this report is to give a support to the company Constructora El Canelo S.A., this will be base on:

Cost oftransport, weight, dimensions and capacity of transport, using acquired competitions on different areas of administration and business, during the period that includes this project.

This way our more specific objective, is to verify the raised hypothesis optimizing the area of transports of materials, having as it shows one of the trucks and simultaneously to give foundation of the obtained results.For it we will use, double integrals and triple, that will serve us to: take the area from rampla, pale and brick, thus to verify as is its Maxim capacity of transfer.

INTRODUCCIÓN

Debido a la realidad de las Empresas de hoy en día y a las condiciones económicas que están sujetas, se trabaja mucho en la Minimización de los Costos Totales y la Maximización de los Beneficios.En el siguiente informe se expresan los antecedentes de la empresa “Constructora El Canelo S.A.”, las potenciales problemáticas que esta presenta en el área de transporte de materiales y lo que se desarrollará para resolver dichas problemáticas con aplicaciones de Optimización.

La empresa “Constructora El Canelo S.A”, RUT 79.562.550-K, cuyo representante legal Don Jaime González Lorca.Empresa dedicada al giro de construcción de edificios y vivienda. Sus direcciones son: casa matriz, Avda. Pedro de Valdivia Norte Nº 0101, Providencia, Santiago; Sucursales: Avda. El Bosque s/n, Colina el Pino, La Serena y 10 Norte 882, Viña del Mar.

En la actualidad la empresa tiene los siguientes proyectos en construcción:

• “SOL DE TOSCANA” 155 viviendas aisladas, en 3 modelos...
