RESUMEN

La Organización de las Naciones Unidas es una unión internacional que incluye a casi todas las naciones del mundo y proporciona mecanismo que ayuda a solucionar problemas entre paísesrelacionando casi todos aquellos temas que interesan a la humanidad. Puesto que ésta es una organización totalmente sistematizada, la misma consta de organizaciones que trabajan en conjunto para lograr los objetivos de su labor como lo son el mantenimiento de la paz y seguridad internacional, el fomento de arreglos pacíficos de las controversias internacionales y la protección de los DerechosHumanos. Ésta investigación de tipo documental jurídico enuncia algunas características tanto generales como específicas sobre la Organización de las Naciones Unidas en la esfera de los derechos humanos debido a que éste tema es un conjunto de principios, de aceptación universal que hoy en día ha perdido respeto en el mundo. Esto es producto de la recopilación de datos en las fuentes más importantesdentro de ese tema como lo es la página oficial de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas y alguno de sus tratados; Su población constituye la Carta de las Naciones Unidas.

ABSTRACT

The United Nations Organization is an international union that covers almost all nations of the world andprovides mechanism to help solve problems between countries relating almost all those issues of concern to humanity. Since this is a totally systematic, it consists of organizations working together to achieve the objectives of their work as are the maintenance of international peace and security, promoting peaceful settlement of international disputes and the protection of Human Rights. This legaldocumentary research suggests some general and specific features on the Organization of the United Nations in the field of human rights because this issue is a set of principles, universally accepted today has lost respect in the world. This is a product of data collection in the most important sources within that theme as is the official website of the United Nations Organization and certain ofits treaties, its population is the United Nations Charter
