Shareholders: A shareholder is an individual or institution (including a corporation) that legally owns one ormore shares of stock in a public or private corporation. Shareholders own the stock, but not the corporation itself
Board of directors: A board of directors is a body of elected or appointed memberswho jointly oversee the activities of a company or organization.
Support: A support level is a price level where the price tends to find support as it is going down. This means the price is morelikely to "bounce" off this level rather than break through it. However, once the price has passed this level, by an amount exceeding some noise, it is likely to continue dropping until it finds anothersupport level.
Managing Director: A managing director is someone who is responsible for the daily operations of a company or organization. In some regions of the world, the term “managing director” isequivalent to “chief executive officer (CEO),” referencing the executive head of a company.
