Trust inside work
General Purpose: To Inform
Specific Purpose: To inform listeners how outside activities can improve your company'sperformance
Central Idea: A lot of businesses have small cubicles where employees sometimes don't even see the other employee’s faces and if they don't know each other how they can trust each other,therefore how can they work efficiently for you when work is best done with a good team
Introduction:
I. Attention Material: Would you trust your co worker with 20 bucks
A. A list of howpeople work inefficiently when they don't know or trust each other
B. Charts of business that have employees who trust each other and ones who don't

A. Outside activity=Activities outside of the work place that can bond employees outside of work to build trust they would never build between cubicles
B. Inside activity= Activity inside of work that can develop sometrust but not bond to create an efficient company
