QCAR Unity Plugin v1.5.10
Bugfixes / Features        Vuforia branding introduced to the Unity extension Added OcclusionManagement sample app showing how to create an occlusioneffect using the video texture feature Improvements to VideoTexture access and updates to sample Added support for building applications in Auto rotation mode Removed dataset rename dialog – extension now requires 1.5 compatible datasets. The android:minSdkVersion has been updated to 8 – this means QCAR can only be installed on devices running Android 2.2 Froyo or above. Support for Android 2.1 Éclairhas been deprecated Added new CONTINUOUS_AUTOFOCUS mode to QCAR and exposed it in samples via GUI o Note: Continuous auto focus is only available on select Android devices, e.g. Galaxy Nexus S, Pantech Vega Racer Fixed several bugs and memory leaks Added support for ICS and Honeycomb devices

Known Issues      Unity 3.3 is no longer supported. Please use Unity 3.4.2 or above You needthe latest Android SDK tool chain to build the sample projects Old augmentation visible onResume for 1-2 frames on some devices Unity 3.5 beta Editor: Some of the longer labels appear truncated On certain devices, the video preview rendering and the rendering layer order may be mismatched after another application overlays the QCAR rendering window. Apps may optionally destroy the androidactivity when an onPause() is called and may reinitialize it onResume(). This no longer happens on devices running Honeycomb or above. “CPU Pegged” issue showing up randomly causing a crash on certain devices The Motorola Flipout is currently not supported On rare occasions under very low light conditions, FrameMarkers may detect the same marker twice with different IDs The BackgroundTextureAccess andOcclusionManagement apps support only landscape-left orientation Visual glitches may be visible during auto rotation on some devices with the BackgroundTextureAccess sample

Bugfixes / Features   Provided developer access to the background video texture (allows custom visualeffects) Added the ability to swap out data sets at runtime - If your app needs to augment more than 60

images, you can now create multiple datasets -using the web-based My Trackables tool- and load the appropriate dataset at runtime. You no longer have to upgrade your app to change the target dataset, and you can now build AR experiences that work on a large number of images
