Theres a lot a ways of raising children, but generally allparents have something in common on how they raise them. We all follow same steps and think alike. Not all parents do. Although most parents have one way to raise children,there are many other ways. Parental Guidence has an example of different parenting.
In Parental Guidance there are three children. Most families have 1 to 3 children, so that'snormal. The difference is on their way of thinking and raising. They try to push their kids into being the best they can, such as they do with the older sister. They alsoencourage their kids to express themselves no matter what. They try to keep the children healthy while living in a "Smart House" or an eco-friendly house. THey are not allowed toeat sugar because of secondary effects. Although there are some of this things all parents or most do, they are different. Usually, kids love sugar and eat it regularly. Notevery parent encourages their child to express everything they feel. This are some of the differences in the style of parenting between the movie and "common" families.
We cantell that every parent has a different way of thinking. Sometimes, this differences can be good for the child while sometimes, it may not. There is no way of knowing, but it'sto ones judgement to decide whether or not to follow common paths to raising children. The kids in this movie, weren't at a perfect state while being in this "perfect"raising method. When their grandparents, which have a "common" raising method, it gave the grandchildren the little push they needed to get better at some areas that they were weak.
