Task 1.

In Physics, Pascal's law or the principle of transmission of fluid-pressure states that "pressure exerted anywhere in a confined incompressible fluid is transmitted equally in alldirections throughout the fluid”.
Under the image you can see the mathematical expression of the Pascal’s law.

F1, F2 are forces.
A1, A2 areareas.

So that means when there is an increase in pressure at any point in a confined fluid, there is an equal increase at every other point in the container.
You can see this law inthe image.

Questions.

In theimages we have shown before the blue colour represents the fluid, if this fluid is a gas, what happens? Why?
With gas does happen the same, because the gas is also a fluid.

Which is the influenceof the total volume of the fluid in the Pascal's Law? What is the function of the fluid? (Clue: watch the formula)
The volume of fluid pushed down on the left side equals the volume of fluid that islifted up on the right side, the following formula is also true.

In a hydraulic elevator there are two cylinders, the bigger one has a radius ten times greater than the lower one; what is therelationship between the applied force (F1) and the resultant force (F2)?
F2 = F1 · 10

Task 2.

Next image show you different hydraulic devices.
