Past Simple
Use the Simple Past to express the idea that an action started and finished at a specific time in the past. Sometimes, the speaker may not actually mention the specific time, but they dohave one specific time in mind.
Past perfect
The past perfect (had + past participle) refers to an action that happened before another.
La primera acción que ocurre past perfect , la segundasimple past
Examples:
After I (had) arrived, they turned on the tv.
(cuando hay: After, Before, as soon as, until en la oracion puedes usar Simple Past o Past Perfect , sino solo past perfect)

PastPerfect Continous (Had + been + ING)
It’s use as Past Perfect but here you have 2 time expressions
1- A duration Phrase (example: For a year)
2- A clause stating an end point (example: Got my firstpromotion)(algo que ya ocurrió)
Example: he had been sleeping for an hour when we got home

Future Continous (will be + ING)
The same as simple future but it emphasizes the continuity of theactions.
I will study this afternoon = I will be studying this afternoon

Future Perfect (will + have + past participle)
It refers to an action that will be completed before an expected time in thefuture.
Example: they will have finished the bridge by December.
(when December comes, it will be already finished)

Future perfect Continous (will + have + been + ing)
It requires also 2 timeexpressions.
1- a duration phrase
2- an end point phrase
Example: I will have been working here for 3 years by june

Present perfect continous (have/has + been +ING)
Is the same as presentperfect but emphasizes the continuity of the action
I have worked a lot lately = I have been working a lot lately

Present Perfect (have/has + ING)
Express An action that already finished, withoutsaying when it happened, but with some relevance in the present.
(with the simple past you may say when it happened)
Example: Tom Has written several books (Indefinite past)
Tom wrote several...
