In England over 10,000 murderers have beenreleased on parole since 1986 and only 17 killed a second time. The reason the recidivist crime rate in Europe is lower than North America is because prisons in Europe are used more for rehabilitationthan the retribution seen in North America. Crime rates are tenfold in the so called lock THEM countries in comparison to progressive ones.
* Death Penalty is not a way of making justice, it’sjust revenge.
* Killing a murder does not make you better than one. It makes you a murder too.
* Death penalty methods are very brutal.
* Life in jail is cheaper. Keeping people in death rowis equal to millions of dollars that could be used in making recovery institutions for criminals.
* Since 1978, $ 4 000 000 000 dollars have been spent in executing people just in California....
